Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying stress, navigating change, managing difficult relationships, or trying to make sense of emotions that feel tangled. Therapy can give you space to pause, process what is happening, and develop practical tools to move forward.

I am a person-centered therapist with more than 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is warm, collaborative, honest, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, Gestalt therapy, coaching, and other evidence-informed approaches based on each client’s individual needs.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, work-related stress, relationship concerns, family challenges, low self-esteem, grief, and feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Humor may also show up in our work because healing can be meaningful without every moment feeling heavy.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen your coping skills, and create realistic changes that fit your life. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We can begin exactly where you are.

I currently provide virtual therapy to clients who are physically located in Pennsylvania, with limited in-person appointments available in Greensburg, PA
